Rundhaka
Terms & Condition
শর্তাবলি
1. Accepting these terms
These terms apply when you use rundhaka.com and its features ("Rundhaka", "the service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Rundhaka is, and is not
- Rundhaka is an independent assistant that gives general information about government services in Bangladesh.
- Rundhaka is not a government website and is not affiliated with, approved by or acting for any government office.
- Rundhaka does not submit applications or payments for you. You decide what to send and where.
- Rundhaka does not give legal, financial or other professional advice.
3. Check before you act
Answers are produced with the help of AI and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Fees, required documents, steps and the office that handles a matter can change. Always confirm on the official portal or with the office itself before you pay, apply or file. Document scan results and scheme suggestions are aids only; they do not decide whether a document is valid or whether you qualify for a scheme.
4. Emergencies
Rundhaka is not an emergency service. If there is danger to life, such as a gas leak, live electrical wires or a collapsing structure, call the national emergency number 999 immediately.
5. Your account
- Most tools need a login with a phone number or a Google account.
- Give accurate information and keep your phone and account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Rundhaka is meant for adults. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent or guardian.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, abusive or defamatory content, or use the service to harass a person or business;
- upload documents or photos you have no right to use, or photos that invade someone's privacy;
- upload unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit content;
- try to break, overload, scrape or bypass the limits of the service, or access it by automated means;
- pretend that Rundhaka or anything it produces is an official government document or decision.
The service has usage limits, for example a daily limit on document scans, and we may change them.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the documents, voice and text you provide. You give Rundhaka permission to process them, including by sending them to the AI and service providers described in the Privacy Policy, only to provide the feature you are using. You are responsible for the content you provide, including its accuracy.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided free of charge at present. Some features depend on outside providers and may be slow, limited or unavailable at times. We may change, pause or remove features, and may introduce paid features in future with notice.
9. Third-party sites and services
Rundhaka links to official portals and uses outside services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
10. Ownership
The Rundhaka name, logo, design and software belong to Rundhaka. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, apart from sharing your own results.
11. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose.
12. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Rundhaka is not liable for losses that result from relying on information from the service, from applications you submit, from actions or delays by any government office, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.
13. Suspension
We may limit or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the service. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes fall under the courts of Bangladesh.
